Guest guest
Dear Angela, Its fine for your boyfriend or anyone to touch your rudraksha beads. They get blessings from your beads from being around you, and you get blessings for spreading the goodness of Lord Shiva's sacred beads. Touching is fine but lending beads for people to wear over an extended period is not advisable. This is because rudraksha form a relationship with its/their owner after getting assimilated with its owners' energies. Anyway, you will continue to receive benefits. You have done a lot of re- energization yesterday but all that is good. Normally devotees chant either Beej mantra for each bead or the Universal mantra (Om Namah Shivaya) 108 times. Om Namah Shivaya , Angela Lecardonnel <angela.lecardonnel wrote:>> Dear Narasimhaye,> > Namaste. Thank you for your reply to my questions.> I am wearing 8 and 10 mukhi Nepalese beads in a bracelet on my right hand. Yesterday , my boyfriend touched the beads with is hand. I then quickly went and washed the beads with holy water offered incense and said the beeja mantra for each mukhi 108 times and also chanted ' OM NAMAH SHIVAYA' 108 times.> My question then is ; have I done enough to re- energized the beads as I know that rudra beads are extremely sacred and must be treated as such in order to get maximum benefit.> > Thank you and God bless> > Angela> > --- >
