Namaste Kiran,

Great to hear you wish to experiment with different types of rudraksha mukhis on your body. You are right about the beads that you've chosen for body parts.

Yes 5 mukhis can be worn round the abdomen/waist, 4 mukhi for wrist/heart.

6 mukhi can be worn singly around neck or combined with 4 mukhi to form a "Saraswati" mala. 7 mukhi can be worn around the wrist or on upper arm.

Holy scriptures do not mention specifically where to wear rudraksha on body but with many hundreds of years, sadhakas have done experiments and came up with results which they pass down the generations to us.

However there is one set of rudraksha called "Meditation Dress" which is made from information based on Shiva Purana :

Studies have also been made regarding 14 mukhi and proved useful for balancing Ajna Chakra and dispelling malefic effects of Shani:

Hope this helps.

Om Namah Shivaya
