My marriage is going through serious problems. I am currently abroad on company work starting Jun '09. My wife was staying with our 2 kids (5 1/2 and 1 year old sons) in Bangalore. She left bangalore to stay with her parents in Himachal on last week of Jul, after we had 2-3 arguments over phone while I was in UK. She now has filed maintenance allowance case and alleging me of beating her mercilessly and not maintenaing her or children. To cut the long story short, I want to know where our marriage is headed. I am concerned about my kids life, my job, and god knows what she has thought for her life. I am stressed out and its getting impossible to do my office work. Could you please give some hint what is the future of my family now. I do not want to file divorce case because I am not ready to think of anything that will jeopardize my family's life, nor I am interested in any other woman for that matter. My birth details: 21-Jul-1973, 23:50, PALAMPUR (H.P), Revati Nakshtra. My wifes details: 31-Aug-1975: 19:55, PALAMPUR (H.P), Rohini-4 Nakshtra. Please advise.
