You take bath wearing your bead,than afterwords visit any nearer temples or at your home temple keep the bead in front of deity after washing again with Ganges water if available otherwise with some pure water,apply salwood paste and offer agarbatthi,deep,dhoop than recite Om namaha shivaay for 108 times (27 times also OK).Than wear it again.
