We are all born from the mother without wearing Rudrakshas, Gems or Malas. And we are in the superior state of energy in childhood. We learn new languages, we learn to speak, to walk to run almost everything without any external help or even chanting Mantras. Sorry if I am hirting feelings but there are so many things in these religious world that you get really confused what is right or wrong. Guest guest
Namaste Milan, Tulsi malas are sacred to Lord Vishnu, hence they are worn by mostly Vaishnavites. Neem malas are generally associated with health reasons. Rudrakshas are mostly worn by Shaivites. You are right that we have the highest level of energy when we are kids and young but as we get older, we might develop some problems such as, as per karmas created in this lifetime without knowing it. Some karmas may also have been from previous lifetimes but have come back for us to learn as lessons until we have totally learnt these karmas and free ourselves. External sources from which we take advice can sometimes be Maya and Lila. If we can see Maya and Leela being worked out in this life as challenges and not obtacles, we are halfway from learning full strength of becoming completely detached. You are also correct about doing nothing and relying on just one's self is the best course, i.e. if the individual is able to do so. This creates a lot of inner strength that takes time to manifest through meditation. In the next message shall post an article regarding tulasi and rudraksha. Hope you will enjoy it! Wishing you a happy 'inner journey', om Namah Shivaya , milan jani wrote: > > Hello > > Does anyone know the effect of wearing TulsiMala ?
