Guest guest
Dear GN, Sitting back and doing breathing exercises before meditation will help to ease the headaches. Perhaps chant a mantra when you meditate. Agree that there's hardly any admissions during new moon periods. But check during Full Moon stages with staff atA+E (Accident & Emergency) and CCU (Cardiac Care Unit) sections of the hospital, they will find their workload unpleasant sometimes. And may have horrible patients. Mental or psycho cases can be determined by psychiatrists who may fiind critters coming out of the woodwork during the 3 days/nights before and after a Full Moon. Of course there are variations during different months. Not all months of the full and new moons are the same. Om Bholenath , gnepdoc wrote: > > Thank you for your advice. Some people are more sensitive/vulnerable than others. Effects include mood changes, headache (like you've mentioned), emotional turmoil and menses stronger than other days. Some people have more energy during new and full moons. Others find their energies being drained during the waning moon but go on the up during the 2 weeks of the waxing moon. > > Om Namah Shivaya > > > , gnepdoc wrote: > > > > Namaste everyone, > > I was wondering if you could advice regarding full moon and affects on a person plz. > > > > Is mood change and headache common??
