Guest guest
Namaste Santosh, Apologies for the delay in responding to you. Further to what Narasimhayeji has advised you ( Dhanyavaad Narasimhaye ) , please follow the below links to see how to use japa mala's. These are general videos for reference purpose and the beads used are not rudraksha's but Lotus & some similar beads. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RFDbnEL8e4 Also follow this below link to Rudra centre website which gives details on which fingers to use while japa and for which purpose. /showarticles.php?artid=126 As to wether you should use this mala for japa or for wearing is a personal choice. Try to take sometime off, completely away from everything else and talk to yourself and listen to what your inner self says about this. If you don't get an immediate response then don't get disappointed , keep trying and the answer will come from Upaguru.
