Guest guest
Namaste Anil, Thanks for your reply. I have a 108 beads mala for chanting OM NAMAH SHIVAYA but I'm wondering as well: * I have worn this mala for some times in past, should I use it for chanting purpose as well? * How to whirl the mala * which finger to use for whirling the mala I really don't have any idea how to do it.. PLZ help me out JAI BHOLENATH On Behalf Of Anil Kumar Monday, June 22, 2009 2:55 AM Re: RBSC : To Anu / Mantra Namaste Santosh, My two cents worth of advice.. Chant Aum Namah Shivaya 9 times, offer dhoop, naivedya to the beads/mala and then wear them. Now Chant 108 Aum Namah Shivaya with the beads/mala on you and then feel the difference. I am really curious to know how to perform and go with it. Could ANYONE please enlighten me by letting me know the path to japa and internal worship. Just to let you know I wear 3 eleven mukhis real big size Rudraksha and chants OM NAMAH SHIVAY 108 times daily before wearing these.
