Hello,

I was included in this group few days back and had been getting info on

" Mantra Sadhana " since then. I am really curious to know how to perform and

go with it. Could ANYONE please enlighten me by letting me know the path to

japa and internal worship. Just to let you know I wear 3 eleven mukhis real

big size Rudraksha and chants OM NAMAH SHIVAY 108 times daily before wearing

these.

Thanks

Santosh

For myself at this time in my life I do my sadhana as completely as I can

despite my period or state of health or illness. It is important for me to

keep up a regular practice, otherwise I might slip and not keep up the

effort. It depends mostly on how energetic I am and there are lots of ways I

can keep up my practice of worship and meditation that takes that into

account. Perhaps japa and internal worship will be all that I can do on

certain days, but I must make the effort. For some purity rules are

important, but more important to me is that I maintain my contact with

Divine Mother and Maheswara and become more established in Wisdom.

Jai Maa!

menstural cycle. I made several mantra sadhana sessions of 90 days with

respected Narasimhaye's recommendations, and I have always got response to

my prayers. I do not pause my sadhanas during 90 days and I am very happy to

have results.
