Guest guest
Dear Prabhjot, The 9 gems in a Navratna are: Ruby ----- Sun Pearl ---- Moon Red Coral -- Mars Emerald -- Mercury Yellow Sapphire -- Jupiter White Diamond -- Venus Blue Sapphire -- Saturn Gomedha (Hessonite) -- Rahu Cat's Eye -- Ketu Note: When procuring a diamond, its essential to make sure its "White"diamond for Jyotish or Navratna purposes. Many diamonds in the market are actually "Yellow" diamonds and are not suitable for use in gem remedy. Many people wear rings with Navratna gems set in gold if they can afford it. Its wise to purchase fine Jyotish gems as they serve two purposes, the first being that the wearer can reap the benefits of the Navratna and second, it can be passed down the generations as heirlooms like rudraksha collector beads.
