Swadhishtana chakra mala - java

 

 

Purpose: For balancing and thus healing the second charka. A person who has a healthy second chakra is truly able to live in this world and face all the challenges and enjoy all the blessings.Design: Chakra mala made with 10 mukhi and 7 mukhi x 4 beads, siddh gutika x 2 beads, carnelian and tiger's eye beads to be worn on the lower waist region below Navel.Symptoms of blockage: Feeling of dullness and fatigue. Loss of sense of security and manifestation of unknown fears and hallucinations. Physical problems may include stiff lower back, constipation, and muscle spasms. Diseases of cancer and Hernia are also due to manifestation of blockage of this chakra. Affects sexual organs, womb (women), kidneys, bladder, and large intestine.Description of Chakra: The second chakra is located two inches below the navel. This chakra literally means "where your Being is established". Here swa means `self' and adhishtana means `established'. It is locked or shrinks by fears, especially the fear of death and unlocked when we face our fears and accept them. Fears may range from fear of loss of name and reputation, or fear of loss of love or loss of health, mental stability and other unknown fears.Usage: A special book having meditation, mantra and exercises on Chakra healing would be sent along.
