Dear GN;

 

1) Common mantra is OM Namah Shivaya !!

 

2) Otherwise each Rudraksha bead (as per Mukhi) has a mantra associated, you

can view them at Rudraksha Ratna website/book send free alongwith Rudraksha

orders, In case you so desire I can mail mantras to you. These mantras have

to be recited * no of mukhis of individual Rudraksha you are wearing.

 

3) I prefer praying in the morning, other occasions whenever I am

driving/travelling (also use mp3 player, these are small & cute devices,

cost about Rs500-Rs800 for 2GB memory), You may like to Buy mantra CD as

available on RC website, you can view complete collection at

/dispCategory.php?catId=10 & specific

Rudraksha Beej mantra CD at

/dispProduct.php?prodId=4584. Free mantras are

also available at google, however the quality of CD produced by RC is

excellent, I am using the same. You can also find good bhajan collection

with Music today.

 

4) You can also write your goals on a piece of paper/(white board hung in

your study or kitchen), view them daily & write action plan & write whatever

thoughts come to your mind to achieve the same. Its amazing, human mind

shows you the way to navigate through the maze towards your goal

achievement. You will find good people coming from unexpected sources to

help you achieve your goal. Those who pull you down, respect them & use them

as stepping stones.
