Guest guest
Dear Prabhjot, Great that you've contacted Ms Neeta Ji regarding special complementary mala designs for yourself and your spouse. The reply to all your questions in this message is "Yes". About weak liver and being slightly overweight, eat more vegies and fresh fruit. Try to take exercise at least 30 minutes a day, brisk walking and jogging are fine. Unless you or your spouse feel a strong instinct to wear it, then do so. Otherwise keep it on the altar.> > Since your spouse is at present wearing wearing Rudraksha Kavach, perhaps she may go for more rudraksha to complement the Kavach. Rudra Centre's Ms Neeta Ji is a great expert at designing complementary sets of rudraksha to be strung with gems/ratna. Pls contact her to enquire about designing rudrakshas based on birth details for stringing with Navratna Necklace.> > The link for contact with Ms Neeta Ji is:> > /sendEnquiry.php> > Om Bholenath>
