Guest guest
Dear Srinivasan, Forgot to mention that sandalwood essential oil can be applied to sandalwood malas or beads after washing and drying. A few drops of sandalwood oil mixed with cold-pressed almond oil are enough. Get a good oil because they keep for a long time and does not go rancid. This same mixture of sandalwood essential oil with almond oil can also be used for maintaining or oiling rudraksha beads so that they will last for many generations.
