Those undergoing tough planetary cycle or sub-period of Saturn should definitely appease him. 1) Visit Shani temple near you 2) Wear 7-face rudraksha consecrated on this day 3) Wear blue-saphhire/iron ring consecrated on this day (for who these are suggested) 4) Participate in shani homa.
