Namaste Lisa,

You are always welcome. Yes its ok to add Java beads to your Personal Mala of

Nepal beads if you wish but it will be better to compose a separate mala of 15,

16 and 17 mukhi rudrakshas and have them strung with diamond-cut crystals

(sphatik). The crystal beads help to cool the body, mind and soul, and assist

with reducing stress.

As the rudraksha beads of 15, 16 and 17 mukhis are of high mukhi, its best not

to wear them in bracelet form in your case. This is because you have excessive

stress everyday at work and need calming down, controlling balance and anger

which crystal beads can assist with.

Some Java beads are tiny like 12mm, 14mm in size, etc. Would suggest for you to

get big/medium sizes like 22mm to 25mm.

Please also contact Ms Neeta Ji of Rudra Centre directly and she will guide you

about size, design and other details.

Take good care of yourself and try to relax and rest during weekends.

Om Bholenath
