Namaskar Rahul,

Thanks for sending verses from Shiv Mahapuran where some parts mention big

rudraksha beads (size of Amla fruit) are better and another part says small

beads are better. If we want to follow exactly the verses of Shiv Mahapuran,

its then better to wear a mixture of big and small beads. Since they are all

rudraksha, Tears of Lord Shiva, they are all auspicious no matter what size we

go for. Say if you go for some big or medium Main Beads on the chest and small

beads around the neck to form a complete mala, its then a combination of large

and small which would not attract attention under the shirt.

Paradoxically, from verses 16-18, it looks like the smaller the rudraksha, the

more its benefits. Please help.

wishes to wear. If you don't feel comfortable about big beads protruding from

under the shirt, then wear smaller beads which will not attract attention during

work. Please take a bit of time to meditate which size gives you better comfort.

large ones or should is it better to go for the smaller ones that have very well

defined mukhis? The benefit of the smaller ones is that you can wear more

rudrahskas and not attract attention at work. Let me know what you think.
