a) For cerebral palsy, 7 mukhi Kantha Mala will assist. /7mukhi.htm It affects entire psychological and physical neurophysiology. It sublimates the malefic effects of Shani. There is no taboo written in authentic Puranas to be followed while wearing them. They have a life of thousand years if well taken care of. They should be preserved in a locker or at some safe place since they are considered as very valuable.

b) For your grandmother, 7 mukhi is also recommended.

c) Wearing several numbers of a particular mukhi bead will bring more strength in electromagnetic properties for that specific bead alone.

d) In the case of a Siddha Mala being a Synergistic Combination Mala, its fine to have one bead each for all the mukhis mentioned. (For Siddh Mala, either Nepal beads or Java beads are fine. Nepal beads are bigger and Java beads are smaller in size).
