A pregnant friend of mine has recently stopped wearing her collector 12 mukhi bead that has brought her many blessings. She stopped only because she 'felt' like doing so. I've read that these holy beads should not be worn when visiting a new born baby, is this true? What about when I am visiting with her, whether now when she is pregnant or after the child is born, may I wear my beads?
