RBSC : SIDDHA MALA from RUDRA CENTRE

Dear Maharaj,

Good to hear you got a Siddh Mala in gold flowers from Rudra Centre. The

answers to your questions are below:

a) Begin wearing this mala on any Monday as its Lord

Shiva's Day. Put your mala on a silver plate on your altar. Take a

bath. After bath, light oil lamp and incense on altar. Chant 'Om Namah

Shiva Namaya' for 9 times and wear the mala.

b) The simplest way is by offering flowers, unsalted

nuts, milk, Gangajal, betel , jagerry sugar, sweet cakes and rosewater.

c) To energize the body with more spiritual energy,

its fine to use a Japa mala for counting mantra. Saraswati, Goddess of

Arts, Research and Study is a good deity for worshipping for bringing success

in concentration. Praying to Lord Ganesha is also helpful for training

the mind in ganing focus. In one of his forms, Ganesha is Lord Of Scribes

and he wrote the Mahabharata. In your situation, would sugest that you to

begin with worshipping Ganesha for removing obstacles to studies and career and

Saraswati for blessings in focus, wisdom and diligence.

Ganesh mantra is 'Om Shree Ganeshaya Namah Om'. This must be recited

in the morning after bath. Do this for 45 days.

Saraswati mantra is 'Om Aim Saraswatiye Namah Om'. Do this for 45

days.

d) You must always bahave nicely, with respect,

courteousness and piousness with family and everybody else.

e) Its not true that Shiva's mark is not good for

family life. Shiva has a consort - Devi Parvati and 2 sons (Ganesh and

Kartikeya). They have a good family life.

f) Yes its ok to follow your father's adise to wear your mala at a

Shiva Temple this Wednesday as your father is a competent Jyotish and pandit so

he would know what is best for you.
