Guest guest
Dear Jatin, Good that you are wearing your rudraksha mala and multiple beads too. Yes I remember you very much to be full of confidence, courage, wisdom, insight, inner strength, positive thinking and more. I'm sorry to hear of the insecurity you are facing right now and would like to assure you this is only a passing phase. Everyone goes through stages in life when we are strong or when we feel weakened and overwhelmed by situations or people around us. a) The reason for your recent insecurity and fear is a phase of anxiety due to being in a new job, new environment, new colleagues, new bosses and new projects. You are giving yourself a hard time because you want to perform well. Subconsciously, you are also giving yourself a lot of stress for the same reasons, hence the depressed feelings. Lighten up and know that you can only do so much, and only do as much as you can do each day at work. During weekends, you need to relax and rest as much as possible, and not think about work. Spend a little time on weekends to meditate about regaining self-confidence and getting rid of fear. Talk to or participate in the company of uplifting people and good friends or watch comedies to lighten yourself. Do not think about losing your job as this is not a good thought. Thinking about certain things can make them happen in some cases - some thoughts are 'thought-forms' that can manifest in real life. Be careful what you think and what you wish. Do not think negative and there will be no negativity (it thus will not exist). Think of the positive and it will come (will manifest). For example, think and know that your job is tightly secure, your bosses appreciate your hard work and they will keep you in the company. At the same time, do not be afraid of what happens in the future. God will look after the future - when one door closes, another better door will open. In many of life's situations, sometimes we need to be philsophical. Spiritually on the other hand, we need to surrender ouselves fully to God and ask Him to place His hand on our heads to guide us through life. Its also essential to remember that whatever happens to us, is all a Will of God. b) You are right that all paths (pranic healing, reiki, yoga, etc) lead to the same Summit. Its also true its hard for most people to figure out which path is suitable for them. If undecided, sit back to meditate after lighting oil lamp and dhoop or agabhati incense. Do this for a few days. The Upaguru (Inner guru or the Guru Within Us) will give guidance in this respect more often than not. Its important to 'build' a relationship with our Upagurus, especially if we can't find a genuine living guru. Its true what you said about avoiding swimming in the same spiritual ocean in a different style. Its also true that "when the student is ready, the guru will appear". And yes, its hard to determine whether the guru who appears is the right one. In this case, Upaguru will give the answer or 6th Sense will give the answer. If you still feel uncertain, then its best not to proceed. Sometimes it takes a lifetime or many lifetimes to find one genuine guru. If the propensity or 'connection karma' exists between a genuine guru and chela, they will both appear to each other in the same lifetime. In the modern times we are in, its still best to learn from traditional gurus/swamis from lineages. Maybe visit an ashrama during one weekend or a few days to study a program or simply just to rest, or participate during prayer times. The vibrations, spiritual frequencies and mantras resonating from every wall and throughout the entire ashrama are highly uplifting with positive and healing energies that bring rejuvenation of the soul. Especially souls who are exhausted spiritually, mentally and emotionally will benefit from staying at ashramas. It brings the soul back into perspective and balance as well as positive energies, positive thoughts, good health, motivation, self-confidence and inner strength to handle the demands of daily life. c) In some myths, it is said that Shiva has no avatars. Others say Hanuman is His avatar and some mention that Hanuman is His son. But it is noted in all holy scriptures that Vishnu has 10 avatars. Yes, Shiva and Vishnu are buddies who respect and help each other a lot. Yes Hanuman destroyed Ravana and brought Sita back to Her husband Rama. About the connection/friendship between Shiva and Vishnu, I can't think of any books to refer you to at the moment. However, some of our learned friends in this forum may be able to help (thanks in advance). In any case, the Hindu Trinity of Gods comprises of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. This Trinity represents all aspects of the Supreme Being. Nothing in the universe is created, preserved or destroyed without the mutual agreement and approval of the 3 aspects of the Supreme Being as they are united essential for the production and reproduction of all forms of life. Brahma the creator represents the element of Earth and the quality of passion or desire (rajo-guna) which is responsible for the creation of the world. No living being can exist without water which sustains life and therefore preserves it. Its represented as Vishnu the Preserver who also represents the quality of mercy (satva-guna) because of which the world is preserved. Fire destroys life and is responsible for the destruction of the world. It is represented as Shiva the destroyer. He also represents the quality of darkness and wrath (tamo-guna) which is responsible for the annihilation of the universe. Wishing you the very best of success and positive energies,Om Bholenath , "Jatin Sanghavi" <jatinds wrote:>> Namaste Narasimhayeji> > Hari Aum,> > I know it's been quite sometime since I wrote or asked any questions > however I have few questions.> > (This email is not to hurt/offend anyone's emotions or sentiments > however if it does then please accept my apologies)> > I have full faith and trust in Lord Shiva and Rudraksha beads that I > have been wearing.
