This chakra is associated with understanding and bliss. It prompts us to attain a universal identity, expanding our sense of self to include others.Design: Chakra mala made with 11 mukhi rudraksha as central bead with 2 beads of 9 mukhi and amethyst and rose quartz gemstones to be worn on the forehead during prayer times. Rest of the times, it may be worn as a necklace for neck.Symptoms of blockage: Depression, alienation obsessional thinking, confusion.
