Third chakra rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism and digestion. When healthy, this chakra brings us vital energy, positive thinking, good health, effectiveness, spontaneity, selflessness, will power and non-dominating power.Symptoms of blockage: Loss of self esteem, anger arising from sense of victimization. Affects pancreas and adrenals. Problems with liver, digestive tract, gall bladder. Person suffers from constipation, hyper tension, chronic fatigue and gut ailments.
