PAMHO/AGTSP and all devotees :)

 

Here is a short list (there are many more sources available than just what I am

adding here - please Google!) of vegetarian/vegan sources, all of which contain

either B12 specifically (in addition to other vitamins), or B vitamins (as well

as other vitamins).

 

Peruvian maca, raw cacao beans, spirulina, and bee pollen all contain

B12.
