Dear Abhi,

 

Generally it does not matter on which side certain mukhi beads are

worn. Its a matter of personal preference and comfort level. For

example: if you prefer to wear 'even' (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and so on.....)

numbers of mukhis on the right side, then do so. If you prefer the

left side, its fine too.

 

After a period of time and if you feel like wearing 'odd' numbers mukhi

beads, (3, 5, 7, 9, 1, etc) its ok too. There is nothing in the

scriptures that prohibit this.
