Guest guest
Namaste Krishna! I accidentally came upon this page in Rudra Center website. It seems to answer some of your questions, as it has given the meaning of some of the Bija mantra in this mantra. /bija_mantra.php AIM This is the bija Mantra of Saraswati. Ai stands for Saraswati, and bindu is the dispeller of sorrow. HREEM This is the Mantra of Mahamaya or Bhuvaneshwari. Ha means Siva, ra is prakriti, ee means Mahamaya. Nada is the Mother of the universe, and bindu is the dispeller of sorrow. KLEEM This is the Kamabija. Ka means Kamadeva, the Lord of desire; it also means Lord Krishna. La means Indra, the ruler of Heaven, also lord of the senses. Ee means contentment or satisfaction. Nada and bindu mean those that bring happiness and sorrow. CHAMUNDAYAI I am guessing means one form of Durga Ma VICHHAI: I am guessing may mean an action, like say IS, something in place of namah or swaha. (Anyone in this group know Sanskrit?) Also, I recently learnt from the classes and lectures of Jyotish Guru: P.V.R. Narasimha Rao, of Sri Jagannath Center on how the words, letter and the devatah of a mantra affect your horoscope and hence your life itself. The other important thing I learnt from him is that using Om in front of any Mantra takes away the ill-effects, if any caused due to improper chanting of the Mantra. I am not at all an expert, and am just trying to learn. So if anyone notice any mistake in the above, pls do bring it to everyone's attention. Thanks again. Best regards, Sreevidya. > > , krishna_ramautar > <no_reply@> wrote: > > > > Ramram Rudraksha-Group, > > > > All the very best in 2009! > > > > I`m looking for the english translation/ meaning of the Maha Durga > > Mantra: " Ohm Eng Hreem Kleem Chamudaye Vicche " . > > > > Could some1 help me " ? > > > > Krishna > > >
