Guest guest
Dear Narsimhaye Ji, As far as I understand, Shaligram is supposed to be worshipped with great reverence and strict procedures and discipline. We know certain families where they have shaligram at their home puja ghar. They can afford to keep their children hungry but can't miss to give daily oblation and puja to shaligram. It is said that somebody who takes vow to worship shaligram must do it very dutifully otherwise , he will face severe repurcussions. So if somebody wears sudarshan chakra shaligram as ring, then he has to keep high discipline about purity, cleaniliness and so on. The hand becomes dirty in work. One has to touch many foul and inauspicious objects with hand. In such case how the person will maintain the purity of shaligram ring. This issue is also relevant to locket to quite an extent. Can you please give some thought over this.
