Good idea to combine the beads from your other malas for restringing into one mala and also add 15 & 16 mukhis. Beads in 27 number mean a spiritual number: 2 + 7 = 9 and 9 is a spiritual number. 32 beads is usually used for Kantha Malas only. For further information about numbers of beads, please contact Rudra Centre: /sendEnquiry.php Please tell your mother-in-law to be patient and keep rubbing her knee with parad gutika. It needs to be rubbed on the knee, not worn there. Rubbing helps better. Time frame for everyone is different but please tell her to keep faith.
