Yes a 16 mukhi can be worn with the suggested combination. The sequence for Main Rudraksha Beads will then be:

2 2 mukhi

4 4

6 6

8 11

16 13

17 Mukhi Centre Bead

Java beads work just as fine as Nepal beads even though they are smaller in size. Rudra Centre will do the re-stringing for you if you send them your existing mala. Either small rudrakshas in 5 mukhis or rose quartz crystal beads can be used for attaching the Main Beads to form into a complete Personalized Mala. Rose Quartz attracts love (self love, self esteem and love from others).
