Guest guest
Namaste Gina, Pranam Yes I remember how you gave this person something magnificent not too long ago. If you see the recipient as God itself or the god within the person, then the gift would be to God in an unconditional manner which you've done. If your ultimate feeling is to return the bracelet, by all means do so and have a chat with your friend to ensure that its given unconditionally and under no circumstances would you want it back unless she genuinely wishes you to have it back with all her heart and without resentment. How wonderful that you've received such thoughtful and nice gifts from your friend by airmail with love and generosity. Do not lament the loss of things, whether sacred or not, that were stolen from you out of envy or disrespect showned to items you freely gave. You are right that if God/dess wants you to have those items in your possession or even 'guardianship', they will come back to you one way or another. Every individual is bestowed different levels of joy, whether its through material items, money, possessions, clothes, travel, real estate, shares, commodities, etc. Being denied of one or any sort of joy we think we would like to have, is a common thing that happens to all of us. Some things are just " not meant to be " . We need to learn acceptance and go with the flow. One thing at a time. One step a time. One day at a time.
