Guest guest
Namaste Gina, Just a couple of dimes worth here :- You are right that many people do not recognize nor live from the most sacred place of their 'Self'. Otherwise the world wouldn't have had wars, tragedies and traumas, etc. These people are said to live or are influeced from the Muladhara chakra upwards. And then there is the percentage of people who truly do not innately possess a nature of the 'sacred' nor any essence of a 'good Self'. These folks live in or are governed by chakras below the Muladhara. Its a good thing you realize you have a history of particular types of persons taking advantage of you and know that you have to work on it yourself, is an important step in moving forward, i.e. if you truly want to move ahead as in never allowing certain boundaries to be crossed. Unlike you, a lot of people live in denial who simply don't have the cognitive ability to understand that they are the ones actually allowing certain situations to happen to them. Would suggest you to keep the rudraksha bracelet since it was given back to you. It was not that you asked for it back. You did not ask for it back and that's the point. Thus it will not entail that you are selfish, not at all. Don't let you mind and conscience yo-yo. Make a decision and stick to it. At the least if you keep it, when she wants it again or if someone else wants it, you can give it away again. Yours sound like a very difficult friendship on part of your so- called 'friend'. Genuine friendships should not be like this. Om Bholenath
