We have set up a small unit to offer Pure & fresh & sparkling Holy

Ganga Jal (Holy water from Ganges River) to devotees for religious

rites through out the world. We have set up our 5-stage RO filtration

plant to purify water before bottling to maximize the shelf

life. This unit is run by a women co-operative society in

Uttaranchal, India.

 

Our mission is to provide fresh sparkling holy water from river Ganga

at down-to-earth prices to Indians, where ever they reside. After

successful launch of Ganga Jal in India, we request your co-operation

in making it a success abroad.

 

We also offer raw water sourced from Ganga river only on special

requests (For external use only). 

   

This activity has been started by our NGO M/s.RS Communications,

based at Dehradun for the benefit of Devotees through-out the world &

to offer sustainable income-generating opportunities to local women. 

   

Our inspiration to set up this unit comes from – requests from

elderly senior citizens & devotees, who had the courage, commitment &

physical strength to have taken part in the annual " Kanwariyaa "

Processions during their prime. 

   

Our Ganga Jal is in dedication to the pilgrims of all ages, who took

the hard route, walked miles and spent their fortunes for that holy

Dip and a Sip of few sweet drops of Holy Ganga Jal. 

   

We shall be only too glad to offer our services, should you require

it. We also look forward to hearing from you about the shipment

instructions to minimize freight related expenditure. 

   

Presently, we offer one litre bottled water (price range – US$ 1.00

or Rs.40.00) in reuseable PET bottles to NRI overseas. The shipping

cost for this service through Indian Postal Service " SPEEDPOST "

network cost approx. (US$ 15-25, depending on the exchange rate & the

destination). However, shipping within the country (India) costs

approx. US$3.00 or Rs.130.

 

Our pricing is very reasonable at Rs.15.00 only for Inland shipping &

US$ 1.00 per Bottle for shipping overseas.

 

We do look forward to serving small buyers. However, minor

administrative charges are charged to meet the expenses related

to  marketing on the internet to offer personalized shopping

experience. 

 

Some patrons have asked us to supply water in Small Polyethylene

(LDPE) &  Large White blow-moulded HDPE Bottles. However, there are

strict International norms & guidelines for processing, Packaging &

storage of Packaged water. 

   

You may refer to strict guidelines imposed by Bureau of Indian

Standards (BIS) formerly known as Indian Standards Institution (ISI)

in India & U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA, U.S. Environment

ProtectionAgency (EPA) & National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) in USA,

which prohibits using certain material for packaging liquid food

products. 

   

We are also looking forward to meeting your bulk requirement (if you

pricing – by lowering shipping related expenditure by booking through
