Namaste Hiroko,

 

Its good that you perform fasting sometimes and also meditation. These

practices can guide us along the spiritual path. Good that you see it

as beautiful. However, remember to eat at least 3 times a day when you

are not fasting. Its important not to lose too much weight. Losing

weight is not healthy for some people. Important to maintain a balanced

weight.
