For Shaligram puja, follow the instructions in the accompanying the booklet (I'm not 100% sure but I think it comes with a booklet). For the rest of the items such as Hanuman wrist mala and Mahalaxmi kit, follow with the ritual you used for Siddh Mala. Puja for the Indra Mala can be incorporated into the worship ritual by separately lighting some dhoop or aghaattis and an oil lamp to Lord Shiva, and recite Om Namah Shivaya 9 times before wearing the Indra Mala.
