Namaste Hiroko,

 

Glad to hear you realize you should be happy with what you already

have. The world will always seem up and down everywhere. When you have

low moods, you always think negative things.

 

Try to avoid low moods by doing things you like. Go out with friends,

watch movies, go shopping, eat at a nice restaurant, read a good book

or go for a walk in parks and gardens. Japanese parks and gardens are

so beautiful, aesthetic, serene and have a theraputic atmosphere.

 

Try to find joy in the simple things of life. Keep faith and surrender

your ego to God which will enable you to find contentment.
