Guest guest
Namaste Hiroko, Its good that you've moved from your family home as your parents had always given you trouble and fought with you. Although you live alone now, at least you have some peace of mind and no stress over quarelling everyday. People have to go through darkness before they find light. Its great that you've found the light now and have your own house. Most Japanese culture and religious teachings are different from Hinduism or Sanatana Dharma. However there is a Buddhist sect called " Shingon " in Japan which teaches meditation and other good things. Shingon is esoteric Buddhism which is derived from Tibetan Buddhism. Maybe you might like to explore a bit of it. This will help you to understand more about life and karma. Take good care of yourself and stay happy!
