Sorry to hear of your current situation. If you've worked hard and

achieved many things for your current employer but you're not

appreciated or promoted for many years, then its wise to think about

getting a new job.

 

If your salary has been raised through the years, this shows

appreciation from your boss. If this is the case, it may not be wise

to leave your current job unless you can find another one that gives

you a good position and higher pay. There are othe factors to

consider before getting a new job:

 

Think about your current colleagues, if they are good people

and you work with them with no problems, this is great. If your boss

is nice to you, its great too. If you are feeling insecure and think

that the grass is greener on the other side, please sit down quietly

cultivating healthy money habits. See your hard earned money as your

partner and do not part with it easily. Remember that money is

easily spent but very hard to recoup. Always think twice about

spending it.
