Hi Hiroko,

 

Many people cannot control themselves when they are angry. But its

important to maintain calm in the soul even when angry. When there is

calm, there is clear-headedness and one can think well what to say or

do correctly when in an angry state.

 

To achieve calm, its important to find peace within yourself. In order

to find this, meditation is essential.

 

I've suggested to you various times to learn proper meditation.

 

Maybe you should learn from a teacher. Even a Japanese monk, yoga

teacher or meditation teacher is fine. Please try this. Eventually you

will learn not to get too angry or hurt yourself while being angry.
