Namaste Jaisimha,

 

Its already agreed by Ramesh Iyer Ji and myself that sphatik is not

too 100% suitable for you. Please put your sphatik mala around

Mahalaxmi or garland another Devi idol with it but make sure you

cleanse it first. Sphatik is sacred to Mahalaxmi and other Devis,

and is used a lot by Shaktas.

 

Don't worry about the past sphatik malas breaking because every time

they broke, they also broke off some negative karma for you. Malas

breaking are mostly auspicious signposts that the mala has deflected

something malefic that was coming.

 

Contrary to what people thought or superstition said, the moon on

Ganesh Chathurthi was actually quite good for sighting. There is no

harm sighting the moon on that day. I saw it too and did a meditation

outdoors that brought much peace and content.

 

Its good that you read Lord Krishna recovering the Syamantaka Mani.

Please also don't worry too much about your professional life as this

is only a phase and it will definitely pass by, then good times will

come again. There are always ups and downs in life, doesn't matter

which aspect. All these are lessons from gods that we have to learn.

Its important to see them as challenges and NoT obstacles. Deal with

challenges one step at a time. Eventually, all challenges will be

conquered.

 

Regarding the rumors about you at work, the best thing to do is

IgNore Them. Just put your head down, do your work quietly, do not

talk too much to anyone during this time, have your lunch hour alone

if possible, get your salary and go home. After a short period of

time, your colleagues will realize what they heard or said about you,

was wrong. You do not have to prove anything to them in the meantime.

 

Great to know you are wearing Siddha Mala and other rudrakshas. Keep

your faith in rudraksha and Shiva will give blessings. Also remember

to spend a bit of time doing puja. Its also essential to go to the

temple and pray to Lord Hanuman for help.
