Guest guest
Namaste Anil, Many years ago when I first began Ganesh Kantha Mala, one day when I was performing mantra sadhana, the altar went up in flames to the ceiling. There was no breeze in the room but the small oil lamp caught onto the altar cloth and other things very fast. I threw several buckets of water to douse the flames. Upon examination of the altar, everything was wet but nothing was burnt. Neither did the Ganesh framed-picture got burnt. It was not wet either. This was a surprise that confused me. There's no explanation why nothing was burnt despite the big flames. There is also no explanation that Ganesh murti was not wet as I aimed all the water at the entire altar. Later upon deep meditation, I realized that the incident was a signpost that I had had the Divine Darshan of Ganapatiji which manifested in a physical form - the flames and that His Holy Murti was not wet. After that, many aspects in life went very smoothly for me. Things that were previously stuck, shifted and moved positively. From that day onwards, I took the Ganesh Kantha Mala and placed it round Ganapatiji's Murti in His Honor. I always feel His Presence in my home and also the continued energies from the mala.
