Generally, its ok for most people to wear sphatik mala unless there is a clash of some sort or a reason with their horoscope. It will have no negative effects for you. In fact it assists in absolving some of the daily tensions. Sorry to hear you are having problems with your female superior at work. I hope the issues are not serious. One of our good friends here got a Bagalamukhi Yantra when he faced troubles from a colleague who was relentless in her bad ways. He obtained the yantra and did daily puja and recited the mantra for up to 90 days. It took over 90 days I think, but his female colleague finally left the company (I think) or stopped fighting with him and the other workers.
