In rudraksha's power protection section, i see the " hanuman kavach "

and its chirmi beads having attributes :

 

It is believed That the Godess of wealth MahaLaxmi stay near to these

Beads. So these beads are kept in Lockers, the place where one keep

his money. It is belived that wealth holds at the place where these

beads are kept. These beads are put in a silver pendent charged with

Mantras to remove the effect of Charm, VASHIKARAN, Hex,Black magic etc.

 

my question is since vashikaran was included among hex and black magic

in the above statements, does it follow that it is something

detrimental or up to the judgement of the person who uses it? what is

it really?

 

I know most of you will know that the 13 mukhi bead possess qualities

of vashikaran. A bit confusing, but please elaborate on the uses of

vashikaran and its properties/limitations.
