Chakra malas

Namaskar Anil,

 

I too want to obtain all the new Chakra Malas but will have to

wait a while as I've just placed an order with Rudra Centre for other

items.

 

I'm sure many members follow a spiritual path and many are

experienced meditators who know how to cleanse their chakras with the

relevant mantras for each chakra. The practice of chakra cleansing

is much like a sadhana that one follows for a stretch of time until

the person becomes adept in one chakra and then continue on with the

next one.

 

You are correct that the cleansing of all the 7 chakras will lead to

the arousal of Kundalini. Many people believe it has to be practised

under the guidance of a guru who has achieved kundalini. Yet many

more believe that they can proceed on their own with the guidance of

their Inner Guru or Upaguru. For those who have not met a Living

Guru in their lifetime, there is nothing to prevent them from

practising on their own.

 

With each Chakra Mala, Rudra Centre a special booklet that contains

info about meditation, mantra and exercises on Chakra Healing.
