There have been many friends here who had similar problems in the past but they are now doing better. Please have faith and pray to Lord Ganapati and ask Him to remove obstacles to your intention of finding a better position and to bless you with a good pay package. Some of our friends here tried a Ganapati mantra sadhana that worked for them. If you would like to try it, here is the mantra: Om GuNg Ganapataye Namaha. Make daily offerings before reciting the mantra 108 times each day. Do this for 90 days and go out to hunt for a new job. Offerings can be modakas, honey, fruits, flowers, jaggery, milk and unsalted nuts. Wishing you the very best of good luck..
