Guest guest
Namaskar Jatin, Mostly going out of India when wearing rudraksha malas is no problem. But coming back sometimes, it depends on the customs officers. There should be no sound from security scanners as rudrakshas and their cappings are not sharp objects. It should be fine in most of Europe except Germany where sometimes the checks also depends on customs. The other 2 countries where it depends on customs are USA and Australia. I heard that its best to declare malas before going out of Australia so when the person returns, there is no trouble claiming its belongs to the person. I've also heard from a swami friend who lives there that when he got back to Australia from India, his Kantha Mala was packed in the luggage but customs scan show round beads like " chocalate balls " and he was asked to open his bags to show them. Om Bholenath , " Jatin Sanghavi " <jatinds wrote: > > Hari Aum, > > If the mala is wore during security check outside Indian airports.
