Nice to see you again and good to hear you've been in India. Very glad that the rudrakshas you obtained last year have helped you a lot.

For your mother and aunt, although I would like to suggest Rog Nivaran Mala, you can select one of the items from rudrakshas in the Health section at the Rudra Centre web site. The Water Beads are also available there:

Please also have a look at the following link where there are rudrakshas for Healing and Harmony:

For your grandmother, you can try Durga Kavach:
