Namaskar Bhaktan,

Sorry to hear of the circumstances relating to your job resignation and how the boss treated you badly. He has incurred negative karma by doing this instead of being appreciative and grateful that you worked long hours and did your work well while you worked for him. Its more important that your conscience is clear and you know you didn't do the things he said. Let him and his company fade into the past while you move forward to the future with finding a new and better job. That job with him was not meant to be.

Don't be disheartened. Keep a positive and happy attitude. Know that God always has something better for us eventually. For job-hunting matters, please just pray only to Lord Ganapati and ask Him to remove obstacles and bring blessings. Recite His mantra daily 108 times from now. Only His mantra, nothing else.

Before you begin, make some offerings like jaggery milk, honey, fruit, flower, unsalted nuts, rosewater, curd or laddoos if you can find them. Light incense and oil lamp. After making the offerings, sit down and take some deep breaths, then exhale. Do this several times or until your mind feels clear and you are at peace. Visualize yourself already in a good job with great conditions and that you are happy doing the job. (Visualization for folks whose minds are scattered, not clear or at peace is very difficult but practice will make perfect.) Also visualize that your newboss and colleagues like and respect you. When visualization is complete, begin Ganapatiji's mantra : Om GuNg Ganapataye Namaha.

If possible, maintain this mantra sadhana for 90 days so that blesings will continue beyond that. Persevere and Lord Ganesh will definitely come to your rescue.

Meanwhile, release the negative energy by purifying yourself with Gangal Jal after taking a bath. Take a container with water and pour some drops of Ganga Jal into it. Mix the liquid with clean hands. After bathing, pour the holy water over yourself from head to foot. This, together with mantra sadhana will assist in opening avenues to a new job.

Rudraksha for job matters can also be worn such as Surya Power /dispProduct.php?prodId=2177 or

Career and Success combinations : /dispProductlist.php?subcatId=46

Wishing you the best of luck in getting a new job soon.
