The combination you have suggested (good thinking) is good and very economical for those who cannot afford more beads. The 5 mukhis can be added like this if anyone wishes:

Another combination that includes 10 mukhi Lord Vishnu bead for appeasing the 9 planets is like this:

Alternatively the two beads of 5 mukhi can be added at the top of the main beads. There are many ways to string rudraksha and none has adverse effects.
