Guest guest
Hari Aum, Thought of putting down my Thoughts. Just a reminder to all of us, what is our purpose to be born or of our life. Our purpose is to be one with him Lord Shiva, be with him in shivlok, to attain moksha from re-birth (hindus believe in re- birth). Some might say for experience, for good, for bad, to help others etc. In Kal Yug, we are all behind material gains, behind physical satisfaction and load of other things. Like If I buy this particular bead of Rudraksha, I will get lot of money, wealth again this is materialistic, yes we all need to have materialistic and physical gain but than we forget the big picture of our birth, of our life, of our experience. When you move towards the main goal, minor goals get attended on the way. It's a part of it but our focus is such that the minor goals became as major once and major once as minor and the main goal is forgotten. It is lost and not to be found till we get old or retire. Thats time we get wise and negate ourself on what we missed. When our focus is on the spiritual aspect; mental and physical gain do happen on the way. I might be wrong but what I have read and heard stories will type it down here. In the earlier yug a king would bestow his kingdom to his son and would leave for spiritual growth, to attain siddhis, moksha or wardan (wishes). On attaining his purpose would return back to his kingdom or would mediate for life. And the same cycle continued. The question would come as they were kings, had all the security for their families, comforts, etc. and that was a different Yug and we are in the last and worst Yug. The point is that their focus and task was that after attending a particular age and passing on the responsibilities to his son, he concentrated on his main goal. He did attain it in his life time. If you look around at the spiritual leaders in India or aboard, are they not rich, don't they have loads of property, assests, wealth, luxury, comforts. They have it all cause their focus is spiritual. There are some rishis or yogis who mediate in caves for years and who want to lead a very simple life. There are some who lead a simple life but have all that they want. But please reminder that all these people do wear Rudraksha.
