Namaste Sashi,

Good that you already have 8 mukhi Ganesh Rudraksha. Its fine to add

7, 11 and 12 mukhis to form a Personal Mala. Please also consider

adding one bead of 9 mukhi Durga Rudraksha for protection, generating

motivation and energy, dynamism and fearlessness. It also bestows

Bhoga and Moksha.

The combination should look like this:

7mukhi 8 mukhi

9 mukhi 11 mukhi

12 mukhi (centre bead)

There is a simple puja for all the beads by placing them on a plate

upon the altar and offering fruits, flowers, honey, curd, milk ghee

lamp and incense. Camphor can also be waved or wafted upon the beads.

The universal mantra for all rudrakshas is Om Namah Shivaya. After a

bath each morning, chant the mantra minimum 9 times before wearing your

mala.

Om Bholenath
